Staying in the Game: Dealing with Job Rejections with Confidence & Clarity

Sending dozens of applications and hearing nothing back? Getting interviews but never the offer? Or feeling drained and doubting yourself after rejections? You’re not alone. In this workshop, we’ll talk openly about the frustration of job searching as an international student in Germany and give you tools to recover faster, learn from patterns, and keep moving forward with confidence. You will learn how to process rejections without losing motivation, spot patterns in your applications and use them to improve your strategy. You’ll leave with a practical job tracker, recovery tools and a 5-step plan to show up stronger in every new application and interview.

  • Learn how to separate your worth from job outcomes
  • Practice the “Recovery Staircase” to bounce back faster
