Out of the Comfort Zone – Mastering Career & Life Transitions

Transitions in studies, careers and life often challenge our comfort zone. This 60-minute talk provides clear insights and practical tools on how to navigate these phases with more courage, self-confidence and mental strength.

Based on the Learning Zone Model, the talk explores:

  • why leaving the comfort zone often triggers fear,
  • what happens psychologically during transitions,
  • how to strengthen your “courage muscle”, and
  • which tools help you move from the comfort zone into the learning and growth zone.

Participants will gain a better understanding of their own reactions to change and receive concrete impulses for handling upcoming transitions in a more confident, focused and resilient way.
